- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Pretty horrible every time I go. They got rid of the ATM (which makes no sense whatsoever). The coin machine is also always broken. The last 4 times I went in, it was broken. When I asked a teller to count it for me, she acted like it wasn't her problem. Really? It is not my fault the coin machine isn't working literally every time I go. Your job as a bank is to count my money. I just wanted to trade my change in. It seems like I have an experience like this every time I go. I will be closing my account very shortly and switching to a bank that actually values my business.By Samantha Dalious, January 03, 2017
