- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN! Stopped here last night for something to eat and to wait for a shipper to open. Nine hrs into my mandatory ten hr break I get woken up and told to leave before Rutters calls the police "THIS IS NOT A TRUCK STOP!" I have never been told to move my truck before, in fact I've been told as long as I'm in the truck I can sleep there. (Mountville, Hanover, East Berlin) Needless to say I will never use this Rutters location again! I hope my shipper is open early. Five trucks were forced to leave be forced to leave before their ten hr break was up. That's five tractor trailers with sleepy tired drivers looking for a place to park. Dear god I hope no one wrecks or kills anyone! Would it be worth it to chance someone's life, just so you move some trucks from your parking lot. (Which has truck parking)?By Paul D.
