- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was court ordered for an appraisal. He received instructions on the appraisal before payment. Arrived..drove over an hour. Argued with Mr. Ausherman about the specific instructions he received. He didn't listen to me on the phone nor at the meeting. Tried talking over me when I was giving instructions again. Then he yells at me and said hes refunding my money. This is why at the hearing I specifically asked NOT for Ausherman. Had issues with him 5 years ago at the same house for an appraisal.
