- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I became a customer of Don Moats in 2006 I was unsure where to turn for insurance at that time. I have always heard wonderful things about AllState also that they truly do work with their customers. I have been working with Laura for a long time as an all the time customer. Laura is amazing of an AllState agent. I have formed a very special bond/friendship with Laura. Laura is like my 2nd true best friend always there when I need her help. Don Moats & Marilyn are very sweet people too I feel like AllState is my 2nd family. I would recommend AllState to any one who wants a trustworthy Agent also a very good insurance company.
